How the public TelAIscope website handles personal data.

The controller is TelAIscope, represented by Axel Jacquet and Rocco Heid, Campus A2.1, 66123 Saarbrücken, Germany. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@telaiscope.com.
2. Website delivery and logs
The website is delivered through Scaleway Object Storage and Edge Services in Europe. Technical request data such as IP address, requested path, time, user agent, and security events may be processed to deliver and protect the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contact messages
When you contact us, we process the details you provide, including your name, email, company, telephone number, and message, to answer the request. Depending on the context, the legal basis is steps before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Demo bookings
For a demo booking we process your name, work email, company, selected time, time zone, and optional use case. We store the appointment to prevent duplicate bookings and send confirmation emails and a calendar file. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Recipients and service providers
We use Scaleway for European hosting, Object Storage, edge delivery, databases, and transactional email. Providers receive only the data needed for their task and are engaged under applicable data-protection terms. Data is not sold and is not used to train TelAIscope forecasting models.
6. Retention and security
We keep contact and appointment data only as long as needed to handle the request, run the business relationship, meet legal obligations, and defend legal claims, then delete or anonymize it. Technical security records are retained for a limited operational period. We use access controls, encrypted transport, input validation, rate limits, and anti-spam protection.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. Contact info@telaiscope.com to exercise these rights.
