Terms of use
Rules for using the public TelAIscope website and booking a demo.
Last updated: 22 August 20261. Scope
These terms apply to the public website at telaiscope.com. The invitation-only pilot at pilot.telaiscope.com and any paid service are subject to separate terms agreed with the relevant user or customer.
2. Website information
We provide product, technology, pricing, and use-case information for general business information. Content is prepared with care but is not professional, financial, legal, or operational advice. Forecast examples do not promise a particular result.
3. Demo bookings
A booking request must contain accurate business contact details. A confirmation reserves the stated time, but does not create a paid subscription or guarantee access to the pilot. If you cannot attend, reply to the confirmation email as early as practical.
4. Availability and acceptable use
We may update, interrupt, or withdraw parts of the public website. You must not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, submit unlawful material, automate abusive requests, or misuse booking and contact functions.
5. Intellectual property
The TelAIscope name, design, text, graphics, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to view and use the public website for its intended purpose.
6. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory product liability.
7. Governing law and contact
German law applies to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory venues remain unaffected. Questions can be sent to info@telaiscope.com.
